"We will make it happens" is enthusiastic sentence which you usually heard from Danny, with more than 15 years has been working in software engineering and lead many projects, Danny has solid experience at both technical industry and management. He has ever worked on many kinds of related IT areas as networking, enterprise software development, web application, automation and mobile application development. For quality management process, he successfully applied some quality processes such as TL9000, ISO 9001:2000 and CMMi level 3 into his projects.

Danny led the Business Development and Engineering teams as Vice President for EVERS Corp., located in both USA and Vietnam, a combined $1.5M business. As a member of the Board of Director, he was responsible for driving long term revenue growth and expanding the company to hundred engineers . Before EVERS, Danny was project manager in TMA solutions where he was pioneer in building Blade Network Technology (BNT) team more than 10 times bigger (from 4 engineers to 50 engineers). The client - Blade Network Technology (http://www.bladenetwork.net/) was separated from Nortel (http://www.nortel.com) and located in Santa Clara US. Danny graduated from the University of Vietnam with a Bachelor Degree in Computer Sciences, got MBA from University of Economics in Ho Chi Minh city, got the certificate of Chief Executive Officer at Center for Professional Application and joined some professional management training courses including professional Cisco certificates.

Before EVERS, Tam was Director of Business Development at Meritronics, responsible for new ODM team and sales team. Tam focused his efforts on building an industry-leading one stop shop for PCB design and Manufacturing services. Tam and his team helped customers build products from ideas to retail store shelfs. Prior to Meritronics, Tam managed the PCB Layout at LeWiz Communications. Tam began his career at Engineering Level, but now is focused on providing strategic business and technical consulting expertise and guidance to their clients.

Tam has a BS of Computer Engineering from Northeastern University.

Come to EverS with his more than 15 years experiences on IT field, he has being filled with wide range of knowledge from Software development, automation testing, networking... to system administration. He is now taking the role of Company Operation Executive and Business Development for EverS.

He started his career at ACNielsen - a worldwide market research company - as a business administrator. As a member of the executive staff, he was responsible for driving long term revenue growth. Prior to EverS he was leader of automation team in TMA solutions where he shows his ability by creating several automation tools and utilities that support networking testing. He successfully built up the team from 4 engineers to 50 engineers.

Sang holds a Bachelor Degree of Computer Sciences from Natural University and some professional certificates of business management.

Tim is responsible for the overall US operations and a key contribute to post sales success of EverS customers. He brings over 18 years of senior leadership experience in operations, engineering and services.

Previously, Tim has spent many years in software architect and managing engineering teams at IBM, SanDisk, Iron Mountain and Yahoo! Recently, he was recognized as a key contributor in the technology areas growth of Cloud Computing, Interactive Media and Identity Management.

Tim has a M.S. degree in Computer Science and Honors B.S. degree in Computer Engineer from University of Ottawa, with expertise in software engineering, design patterns and information security. He has published refereed academic research. He has also contributed to the IETF Identity Access and Management working group specification.

Graduated from University of Economy of HCMC from 2002, had been Chief Accountant and Finance Director of several International Co-operations. Thanh brings to the Board of EverS a background in international business and financial accounting. She successfully built and planed well the financial for company growing up. Before joining EverS since 2009, she was a Chief of Finance Audit of ACB bank.
