Hiring Process

EVERS exercises a scrupulous selection policy even at the interviewing stage, which is carried out in several steps (interviews with an HR manager, psychologist, project manager, and department manger). Candidates are also tested and then proceed through an adaptive process. Primarily, we test candidates for an excellent academic background and substantial experience in their fields. Special attention is also paid to teamwork abilities, goal-oriented attitude, responsibility, and ambition for promotion and professionalism.

As we aim at long-term relationships with our employees, it is important for us to select people who want to focus their careers on Development and Quality Assurance and take pride in being a Development and QA specialist

Employee Training

Internal Training. A special training center, the QA Academy, is designated to share knowledge and to develop a high professional level of EVERS's employees. Through the Academy, the company staff has access to various QA fields and the opportunity to gain the necessary knowledge and skills to advance in their careers.

External Training. EVERS's professionals take part in conferences and special training devoted to quality assurance and project management, often as keynote speakers.

Basic Training. People interested in QA can get a three-month training in a special laboratory opened in the company facilities (available for individuals with IT background). The best students are approved for a six-month internship in the company. Those showing the best results during the internship are offered a job with EVERS.

Career Development
