EVERS provides a comprehensive range of support and maintenance services which are reliable, flexible and individually tailored to meet the requirements of your business
If your entire network has been designed & installed by us and with a committed monthly fee, we can to provide services to manage your entire network and servers; such as user account creation, account management, security patches and updating. For first level technical support; you will have the option to employ your own technical staff or we can station one of our technical staff at your office during office hours.
EVERS can also provide 24 hours system monitoring services to monitor your server and environmental issue; such as serverís fan stop working, detect water leakages from air con, power issue, smoke before fire outbreak, break-in or high temperature issue; so that you can be aware of any situation and actions can be taken immediately.
This is a non-contractual service and there is no monthly fee. The client shall pay the hourly fee for each service call (case by case basis). Since there no monthly contract, no commitment or monthly fee for this service plan, we can only take job when we are free. For urgent or emergency situation, we may not be able to send our technical staff to help at all.
For those who are relying on this service plan, we hope you understand that you are a non-contractual customer and you have no priority over our contractual clients. We cannot stop what we are doing to help you even if it is an emergency case. To prevent any disappointment, we hope you will consider our monthly technical and maintenance services. With your monthly commitment, we can have a technical staff on standby. When need arises, our technical staff will be free to attend to your needs.
